These terms are an agreement between you and Kirei Technology (“we,” “us”) for using the Kamsy Cards app, website and card services (“Kamsy Cards”). By using Kamsy Cards, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and buy cards. You’re responsible for your account and for the children who use the app with you.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, notes and guest information you add. You give us permission to use that content only to provide the service, such as printing, mailing and emailing your cards and showing them back to you. You confirm that you have the right to share the guest information and photos you add, and that your cards won’t include anything unlawful, hateful or harassing.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay and may change from time to time.
- You pay when you place an order. Taxes may apply.
- Mailed cards are sent to US addresses only for now. [CONFIRM international]
- Delivery times are estimates. Once a card is with the postal service, its delivery is in their hands.
4. Refunds and reprints
If a card arrives damaged, has a printing mistake we made, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days and we’ll reprint it or refund you. We can’t refund cards that were mailed to an address you entered incorrectly. [CONFIRM: policy for bounced emails and free resends]
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse Kamsy Cards. That means no sending cards to people without a real reason to thank them, no trying to break or reverse-engineer the service, and no using it to send spam.
6. Our content
The app, card designs, Kansha the mascot and the Kamsy Cards name and logo belong to Kirei Technology. You may share cards you made, but please don’t copy our designs for other uses.
7. Changes and availability
We’re always improving Kamsy Cards, so features may change. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Kamsy Cards and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Kamsy Cards is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [CONFIRM with counsel]
9. Apple
These terms are between you and Kirei Technology, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Kamsy Cards or its content. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
10. Governing law
